Ingredients:
  • 40 g Tri Blend Select Banana Flavour or Tri Blend Select Coffee Caramel Flavour
  • 100 g Rolled oats (use gluten free if required*)
  • 1 Tbsp. Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Agave nectar
  • 120 mL Almond milk
Method:
  1. Grease a 6-holed cupcake tin and preheat oven to 180°
  2. Combine Tri Blend Select with the rolled oats. Mix in the peanut butter, agave nectar and almond milk. Mix until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the tin and place in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden.
