Choc Protein Brownies
Brownies
- 1 overripe mashed banana
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 75g Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength Chocolate
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup honey
Frosting
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1 orange
- 14g Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate
- 12g Personalised
Protein Powder - 25g cocoa powder
- 20ml water to thin if required

Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 165°C. Line a baking tin with parchment paper. Gently warm nut butter until easily stirred. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until smooth, and spread into the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Brownies will be undercooked when removed. Cool, then cover with a tea towel and freeze overnight. Brownies may be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for a month.
Frosting (optional)
Remove avocado seed, scoop flesh into a food processor, add the orange juice and blend until smooth and light. Add PPP, Formula 1 Chocolate and cocoa powder.
Blend until you have a smooth, light pipeable frosting consistency, adding 20ml of water. Remove brownies from freezer and let sit for a few minutes.
